Press Release:
electron love theory's eagerly anticipated new album, colors of the galaxy, is receiving a huge response from indie music fans as well as podcasts, internet radio, blogs and other media outlets worldwide.

the theory is currently featured in a number of high profile national television shows including MTV's 'Punk'd", "The Real World" and "Road Rules" as well as the Oxygen network's "Bad Girl's Club"-- a reality show that places a bunch of hot and crazy women in a big house in LA.

ELT knows the subtlety of loop, acoustics, sound production, and Beatle-based pop song writing. This combination is where the originality of ELT happens. It is dark, but crystals of hope are everywhere for the engaged listener. This album doesn't give up it's own secrets, but wakes you up to your most personal dreams. Find a dark place and let the music take you deeper. --Output Global

Colors of the Galaxy is a groovy soundtrack to your life. Every song delivers a soaring chorus, sweet vocal tones, and subtle but intricate programming. If I had my own television show as a 20-something professional making her way in the world, I would have this on my iPod as I walked to work every day in the big city (insert city here). -- michael hayes, the fog people

took a drive the other night...was excited to hear the new electron love theory cd (i've been a fan since i discovered them a few years ago)...late night...full moon...i got to my destination...i didn't remember the miles i had just driven...the music got me there...i stayed in my car when i arrived...i was lost in the music...i sat and waited for the music to end...i turned around...hit play...it carried me home again. -- big mike (fan)

Like author Milan Kundera, Electron Love Theory's Colors of the Galaxy tackles darkness from inside the light. The melodies are light and seductive but the lyrics are dark and spiraling - a pleasing and impressive contrast once you give yourself over to the juxtaposition. Several of these tunes have ear-worm potential and I've caught myself seeking them out on the ipod to scratch that music-phrase-on-the-brain itch. -- heather krause, author
